We have five fulltime senior staff members to manage the research projects and a database of over 100 personals (field staffs) who have worked with us as supervisors, enumerators, moderators in different research projects.
We have a team of dedicated researchers who have always worked with us in various researches. In general, a Supervisor has at least 6 years of experience, has completed Masters level and would have undertaken around 20 surveys. An enumerator, in average, would have 4 years of experience and would have undertaken 15 surveys. Majority of our enumerators have completed Bachelors level or are pursuing Bachelors Level with result awaited.
Our field staffs are from all over Nepal and we also have local teams one in Eastern Region and another in Western Region. We have a mix of all caste and ethnicity and also a mix of enumerators who are fluent in their local languages like Awadhi, Bhojpuri, Maithali, Tharu, etc.
We have a team of data processors including data manager, computer programmer, data scrutiny, data entry, data coding and data cleaning staff.
